I am using Hotstar app. I have downloaded a program from app and want to watch the same while offline, but Hotstar is not opening while there is no Internet. Can you give me a solution?

According to the program's description, you have the possibility to download various videos and TV schedules for offline use, but to be able to watch those videos, another video player needs to be installed. MX Player is a good choice in this case. You can't watch the downloaded videos through Hotstar because it requires a permanent connection. You can install MX Player through Google Play application installed in your phone. The same goes for iOS as well. Install another player to watch the downloaded files.
